Testimonials

Monroe Township Ambulance & Rescue Association

To whom it may concern,

This letter is being written as a recommendation to all parties interested in architectural services to consider the firm of ROBBIE CONLEY, ARCHT for their future needs. This firm is currently handling the design and construction management of our New Ambulance Facility located at Corkery Lane and Blue Road in Williamstown, N.J.

I have personally worked with both Mr. Conley and Mr. Farrell of ROBBIE CONLEY, ARCHT. and found them to be most professional, informed, and knowledgeable. In addition they are willing to listen to the concerns and needs of the client.

Our building has been awarded under budget and in a most timely manner. This firm is on top of every issue and easily reachable, qualities I find to be of great importance when building a project of this magnitude. Our total budget on this project is $1,400,000.00 and we are well below that figure at this time. We are happy that additional items may now be addressed at our convenience and are still within the budget parameters.

In closing I can personally state that the Monroe Township Ambulance & Rescue Association is very pleased with the hiring of the firm of ROBBIE CONLEY, ARCHT. for our architectural needs, and highly recommend them to any and all parties. If I can be of further help, please do not hesitate to call.

Sincerely,
William G. Sebastian Jr.

Gloucester County Animal Shelter

Dear Rob:

On behalf of the Shelter Staff I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased we are with you and your staff and with all of the construction work done on the floors in the kennels. The kennel floors have never looked better.

It was a pleasure working with you on this project during these many months. We both learned so much in this endeavor, and accomplished a great deal. For me it was both a challenging and positive experience, and very rewarding to see how successful the outcome was.

We are very appreciative of the time and effort that you and your staff have put into this project; it has helped to ensure its success beyond our expectations.

Once again, thank you for your assistance in this endeavor.

Sincerely,
William A. Lombardi, Director
Gloucester County Animal Shelter

Florence Township Fire Department

Dear Mr. Conley:

This letter is to confirm the completion of the new Firehouse constructed for the Florence Township Fire Department. At this time, I would like to thank you and your office for providing our department with a modern facility that will serve the needs of the Florence Township Fire Department for years to come. As you are aware, this project involved merging three fire companies and two emergency squads into one new facility. With the scope of such a project, it was natural to experience some issues during the construction phase- our issues began with some uncooperative weather, delaying the start of the project. Even with these issues, the project was completed within the expected time frame and costs were kept within the budget established by the department. There are not many projects that can proclaim both the construction being completed within the expected time frame and within the established budget.

Also, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you and your staff for working with us on our consolidation project. Included with this letter is a copy of our department DVD that includes the video “In a Flash.” During this video, we tour our new home during the construction phase and show the major features of our new facility.”

Sincerely,
Edward H. Kensler Jr. Chief
